Consistent with the fundamental philosophy of governance that is the foundation of our country, the United States federal government should in all cases respect the right to sovereignty of every nation, concretely meaning that the USA government should in no way interfere with or subvert the internal workings of any other government nor should we enter into a war against other nation except in cases where we are defending ourselves against the other nation's violence against us.
