AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES:
- Fix the number of the Supreme Court Justices at nine.
- Abolish all lifetime appointments.
- Term-limit all Supreme Court Justice at 15 years.
- Allow two Supreme Court Justice appointments every four years.
- Remove all Supreme Court Justice referencing any foreign laws.
- Remove all federal judges referencing any foreign laws.
